[en] Anaplan Input reads data from Anaplan to Alteryx Designer. See Anaplan for additional details.

[en] To maintain the full functionality of the Anaplan data connector, make sure it's compatible with your version of Designer.

[en] This tool is not automatically installed with Designer. To use this tool, download it from the Alteryx Community.

[en] Sign In to Anaplan

[en] Use your Username and Password to authenticate to Anaplan.

[en] Select Data

[en] Anaplan Input supports the exports of CSV, XLSX, and TXT files.

[en] TIP

[en] You can type in the list boxes to search.

  1. [en] Select a Workspace.

  2. [en] Select a Model.

  3. [en] Optionally, select Run Process before Export and select a Process. Select Export data even if the process fails to ensure the workflow continues even without processing the data.

  4. [en] Select an Export.

[en] Configure the Tool

[en] Use these options to further configure the tool:

  • [en] Download Export Metadata: You can download export metadata, including column count, data types, delimiter, encoding, export format, header names, list names, row count, and separator.

  • [en] Read Headers from Row: Select a row that contains the headers.

  • [en] Max Waiting Time (Minutes): Enter the number of minutes Designer should wait for the export to finish.

  • [en] Check Results Every (Seconds): Enter how often Designer should check if the export is finished.
