[en] The Google Drive tools version 1.1.0 and later support Data Connection Manager for an easier and a safer storage of your credentials. Create a connection to Google Drive and easily reuse the stored credentials in workflows that include the Google Drive tools. Alteryx Server requires stored credentials to successfully run the published workflows.
[en] Enable AMP Engine
[en] Make sure you have the AMP engine enabled for the workflows which contain the Google Drive tools version 1.1.0 and later.
[en] Sign In to Google Drive
[en] You can sign in via an internet browser or you can connect via a personal Google App. Go to Custom API Application Setup for more information how to create an app or see Create and set up your app for details.
[en] Sign In via Internet Browser
[en] In Create New Connection, select Sign In Using Internet Browser.
[en] Select Connect.
[en] Enter your credentials and sign in.
[en] Select Continue to allow access.
[en] Connect through Own Google App
[en] In Create New Connection, select Sign In Using Internet Browser and check Connect through own Google App.
[en] Enter Client ID and Tenant ID.
[en] Select Connect.
[en] Enter your credentials and sign in.

[en] Go to Google Console.
[en] Select Create Project.
[en] Enter a Project name and other information.
[en] Select ENABLE APIS AND SERVICES from the APIs & Services dashboard.
[en] Search for Google Drive API and select it.
[en] Select ENABLE.
[en] Navigate to Credentials and select CREATE CREDENTIALS, then select OAuth client ID.
[en] Select CONFIGURE CONSENT SCREEN.
[en] Select External and select CREATE.
[en] Enter App name, User support email, and Developer contact information.
[en] Select SAVE AND CONTINUE.
[en] When you finish the setup, select PUBLISH APP and then CONFIRM.
[en] Navigate to Credentials and select CREATE CREDENTIALS, then select OAuth client ID.
[en] In Application type, select Web application.
[en] In Authorized redirect URIs, select ADD URI and enter: http://127.0.0.1/
[en] Select CREATE.
[en] The console displays the Client ID and the Client Secret.
