Share Individual Workflow Assets
If enabled in Workspace Settings > Sharing, Alteryx Analytics Cloud allows users to share workflows with other users in the workspace. Workflows can be shared with other members of the Workspace using Folders, covered in the Managing Folder Access section of this guide, or individual assets can be shared directly with the users.
Sign in to your AAC workspace. Refer to the Logging in to your Alteryx Analytics Cloud Workspace section for help.
Go to the Library page.
Within the Library, go to All Assets or Designer Cloud Designer Experience.
Search for the workflow you want to share.
Select the 3-dot menu to the right of the workflow and select Share.
In the Share dialog, select the user with whom you want to share the workflow from the Select Users or Groups dropdown.
In the permission dropdown, select the permissions you want to assign to the user:
Viewer: Allows the user to view and run the workflow.
Editor: This allows the user to view, run, and edit the workflow and share it with other users.
Note
If sharing with multiple users at once, the same permissions are applied to all users.
Select Share.
If you have additional users to add with different permissions, repeat steps 7 and 8.
Select Close to exit the Share dialog.
