Alteryx Tools Used to Connect
Standard Workflow Processing
Set Up Connection
To set up the connection:
Drop the Output tool onto the canvas.
Select Setup a Connection.
Locate and select Qlik Cloud in the list of data sources.
Set up credentials for Qlik Cloud using OAuth or API Key.
Enter the required details to configure the SQL Server / Azure Synapse connection.
Save the connection and select Connect.
Publish Data
After connection, the output table view appears. Assign a name to the output table.
You can search the file name using the search window and filter it based on the source and connection.
Run the workflow. The table will be created, appended, or overwritten based on the selected output option.
Limitations
You can only authenticate via the OAuth and API Key for Qlik Cloud.
Be sure to write the file under the space and collection combination.
Selecting the Overwrite option removes the associations between the file and its collections and tags.
If you modify a previously tested connection with incorrect values, the Output tool will not show an error. The connection test will still pass, but no files will be displayed.
Expected Behavior
When filtering in the Output tool, you will see all available Spaces you have access to, along with a full list of collections. It's important to select a collection you have permission to access.
