Viewer

The Viewer role is only available in the Enterprise Edition. It allows users to view, run, and schedule workflows, view Reports and Missions, and run Analytic Apps. Review the table below for a breakdown of Viewer capabilities.

Nota

Enterprise Edition accounts can have an unlimited number of Viewer users. The Viewer capabilities to create and modify workflows and assets are limited.

Capability or Product

Description

Analytic Apps

  • Run Analytic Apps uploaded and shared by a Full User on Server, Cloud Execution for Desktop, and Platform.

Auto Insights and Reporting

  • Viewer users have access to Data Visualization and Reporting capabilities. They can view Missions and Reports created by a Full User and generate a preview of Magic Documents.

  • View and run Auto Insights Mission and Report subscriptions.

Automation

  • Schedule and run workflows deployed and shared with them on Server, Cloud Execution for Desktop, and Platform.

  • View and run Auto Insights Mission subscriptions.

Designer Cloud

  • View and run workflows via the user interface without the ability to modify them.

A privilege is an access level for a type of object. A role may have one or more privileges assigned to it.
