Disable Users in a Workspace

Important

When you disable a user, they can no longer sign in to the workspace. However, if they have application roles assigned, the user still consumes a license for the assigned applications. For additional information on removing roles, refer to the Remove Roles section of Manage User Roles.

To disable a user...

  1. Go to the Workspace admin console. For more information, refer to the Access the Workspace Admin Console section.

  2. Go to Users and Access Management > Users.

  3. Search for the user you want to disable in the workspace.

  4. Select the three-dot menu next to the user and select Disable.

  5. Confirm you want to disable the user and select Disable.
