Limitations and Requirements

During normal selection or import of an entire table, you may encounter an error indicating a problem with a specific column. Since some tables require filtering based on a particular column, data from them can only be ingested using custom SQL statements. In this case, the problematic column can be used as a filter in the WHERE clause of a custom SQL statement to ingest the table.

Anmerkung

For filtering date columns, this connection type supports a set of literal functions on dates. You can use these to reduce the volume of data extracted from the database using a custom SQL query. For more information, see the pg_dateliteralfunctions.htm page in the driver documentation for this connection type.

OAuth 2.0 authentication is required.
- You have to create an OAuth 2.0 client in Zoho CRM and register the created OAuth 2.0 client in Alteryx Analytics Cloud (AAC).
- For more information, see OAuth 2.0 for Zoho CRM.
- You cannot create OAuth 2.0 connections via API.
If your account resides in a different location, then the domain should be changed accordingly (.eu, .in, .com, .au, and so on).
You cannot fetch data from Activities and Tasks tables. This is a known issue with the driver.

Create Connection

When you create the connection, please review the following properties and specify them accordingly:

Connection Property	Description
APIDomain	The region of the URL of the API domain. For example, https://www.zohoapis.in. The APIDomain may vary based on the region.
AccountsServer	The region of the full Account Server URL.For example,https://accounts.zoho.in/. The AccountsServer may vary based on the region.
Region	The region of the domain in the server URL. You can select between US, India, Europe, and Australia.
Connect String options	The following default value sets the connection timeout in seconds: Timeout=0; Setting this value to `0` disables timeouts.
OAuth 2.0	The client is displayed. Anmerkung After you have specified the connection to use OAuth 2.0, click Authenticate to validate the connection with the target datastore . If you have modified the connection, click Re-authenticate to validate the new connection definition. You must re-authenticate if you receive an expired code message. This step is required. Default Column Data Type Inference	Leave this value as `Enabled`.
