Permitir que usuários executem fluxos de trabalho
Por padrão, somente usuários logados na IU do Server podem executar fluxos de trabalho. Os administradores do Server podem alterar a configuração para permitir que os usuários executem os fluxos de trabalho em Meu espaço de trabalho , na guia Públicos , sem fazer login. Para isso, habilite a configuração Usuários não registrados podem executar fluxos de trabalho na página inicial na guia Configuração da página Configurações na interface do Administrador .
Limitations
Anonymous users cannot run public workflows if the Workflow Credentials Setting is configured to anything other than Use Default Credentials. For more information about the Workflow Credentials Setting, go to Alteryx Server Settings.
This feature isn't supported on Servers using Windows authentication. Anyone who accesses the Gallery will have a user record created automatically, and their access to the Public Gallery will follow the default user role.
