License and Activate with Alteryx One Platform

Starting with the release of Alteryx Designer and Server version 2025.1, you can license your on-prem products with Alteryx One Platform. Starting with Alteryx One, all license management happens in Alteryx One— regardless of version.

To license Alteryx products with Alteryx One, workspace admins need to first assign an Admin, Full, or Basic User role to the user. Then, the user can download and install the product, and use Alteryx One to license the products online.
